Who We're Looking For
We’re not hiring based on recruitment experience. We’re building a Top Performing team and need the right kind of operators. This comes down to drive, determination, ambition. Not years of experience on paper.

The Numbers
* Base: $60,000 – $70,000 + UNCAPPED Commission
* Year 1 OTE: $90,000 – $110,000 — realistic, not a stretch target
* Year 2 OTE: $140,000 – $160,000 for consistent performers
No cap. Your income scales with your output — full stop.
Two Entry Points. One Destination.
Option 1 — Resourcer to Recruiter Pathway
Start in the engine room: building talent pipelines and supporting our recruiters. Master it and you transition into a full billing recruiter running your own desk and client base. Rapid progression for the right person. This could be a month or six months. It creates an opportunity for less experienced operators to hone their skills without being thrown in the deep end.
Option 2 — Recruiter (Full Desk)
Sales background? Client Relationship Experience? Complete our Recruiter Boot Camp and move straight into business development — winning clients, building your workforce, generating recurring income from day one.
Both pathways lead to the same place: your own desk, your own clients, your own income stream.
What You'll Actually Be Doing
* Building relationships with construction companies across Queensland and Victoria
* Sourcing, screening, and placing qualified tradespeople — starting with electricians, expanding from there
* Managing your own workforce, looking after real people, contributing to real communities
* Regular business trips to Melbourne to meet clients and your workforce on the ground
* Growing a recurring revenue stream that compounds the longer you stay
