Duties & Responsibilities:
* Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to resolve issues and enhance quality and service.
* Assist in opening and/or closing the catering department according to guidelines.
* Develop strong relationships with customers by learning their preferences and tailor experiences accordingly.
* Anticipate customer needs and aim to exceed expectations.
* Train new employees and motivate them to excel in their roles.
* Contribute to achieving business goals and objectives set by management.
Key Qualities:
* Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role.
