With an impressive pipeline of commercial and retail developments, they are seeking an experienced Senior Development Manager to take ownership of landmark projects from feasibility through to delivery.
This is a hands-on role suited to a motivated individual who thrives in a flat-structured environment where decisions are made quickly, and your input directly shapes outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the development lifecycle for large-scale commercial and retail projects
- Oversee feasibilities, business cases, approvals, design management, construction delivery and tenant negotiations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, local authorities, and key stakeholders
- Drive commercial outcomes, ensuring developments are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality
- Identify new opportunities and contribute to the ongoing growth of the business
About You
- Proven track record in senior development roles, ideally within commercial and/or retail built-form projects
- Strong financial and feasibility modelling skills
- Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation capability
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach with the ability to thrive in an autonomous environment
- Tertiary qualifications in property, construction, finance, or a related field
