Procare's Factual Investigations Division are seeking Factual Investigators experienced in General Insurance (GI) to join our team. As a Factual Investigator your day is designed by you - this role offers a unique chance for variety and autonomy over your working day!
We have full time, casual and contractor roles available for skilled Factual Investigators.
The Role
* Attend various locations, predominantly within Sydney metro and a proportion of work across Greater Sydney and NSW;
* Interview appropriate key parties taking statements, collate relevant evidence to produce detailed and accurate reports in a timely manner;
* Maintain effective and appropriate communication with our investigations support team and other relevant parties;
* Prepare and draft factual reports.
About You
* Hold a Certificate III in Investigations and a current and valid Investigators Licence (Class 2E);
* Have a current and valid driver's licence and vehicle;
* Experience conducting General Insurance investigations is mandatory;
* Have excellent written and verbal communication skills;
* Strong attention to detail and are self-motivated to meet deadlines;
* If a contractor: Set up as a Pty Ltd or Sole Trader and have relevant insurances.
