Ventura Building Surveyors QLD is a boutique private certification company based on the Gold Coast. We provide certification services across all sectors, with a specialisation in high-rise apartment and mixed-use developments.
We are seeking a Level 1, 2, or 3 Building Certifier who is eager to broaden their experience by working on large-scale and iconic projects. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative and forward-thinking team.
What We’re Looking For:
• A registered Building Surveyor (in any Australian state or territory)
• Strong knowledge of the National Construction Code (NCC), Building Code of Australia, and relevant standards and legislation
• A valid Driver’s Licence
• Proficiency in writing technical reports
• Excellent communication skills and strong organisational abilities
• A proactive individual who takes pride in their work
