Job Title: Store Performance Director
We are seeking a high-achieving leader to drive sales and operational excellence in our store team. This key member will work closely with the Store Manager to maintain inventory integrity, foster a positive working environment, and develop and train their sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee all aspects of store performance through sales management, operational efficiency, and people leadership
* Ensure inventory accuracy and minimize stock losses through regular counts and audits
* Foster a collaborative and engaging workplace culture that promotes employee growth and satisfaction
* Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and maximize profitability
* Achieve exceptional service standards as per Mystery Shopper scorecard
* Provide coaching and training to sales teams to enhance their skills and knowledge
Requirements:
* Proven commercial acumen and ability to drive business growth
* Experience in managing or supervising fast-paced retail environments with a focus on customer service
* Positive and engaging nature, embodying the ethos of the brand
* Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret KPIs
