School‐Based Trainee – Certificate II in Construction Pathways – Marathon | Singleton Facility

Marathon is seeking two motivated school‐based trainees to commence a Certificate II in Construction Pathways while completing Year 11 or Year 12. This is a genuine pathway opportunity for students who are serious about building a future in the construction industry and want hands‐on experience inside a professional modular building facility.

About The Opportunity

• Work two days per week, Monday and Tuesday
• Remain enrolled in high school
• Gain practical, paid industry experience
• Complete your Cert II in Construction Pathways
• Learn alongside qualified trades and supervisors

At the conclusion of the 12‐month placement, high‐performing trainees may be offered a full‐time Carpentry Apprenticeship at our Singleton facility.
