About the Opportunity
An exciting opportunity is available for a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Manager to join the Integrated Care team. In this role, you will play a key part in driving financial performance, supporting strategic decision-making, and improving business processes across a diverse and dynamic healthcare environment.
Working closely with senior finance leaders and operational teams, you'll provide critical financial insights that support high-quality service delivery and sustainable outcomes.
About the Role
As Finance Manager, you will partner with clinical and operational leaders to deliver accurate, timely, and meaningful financial information. You'll contribute to improving financial performance through analysis, forecasting, and proactive identification of efficiencies.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys influencing outcomes through strong financial acumen and stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver accurate and timely financial reporting, budgets, and forecasts
* Provide expert financial advice to Service Managers, clinicians, and executives
* Support business case development and funding submissions
* Monitor financial performance and recommend corrective actions
* Identify cost-saving opportunities across workforce, procurement, and processes
* Ensure compliance with funding requirements, guidelines, and legislation
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial systems and processes
* Maintain confidentiality and uphold professional standards at all times
