The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying opportunities, building and maintaining C-level relationships, and driving sales deals through orders close. Key to your success will be your customer, market and industry experience coupled with application, product, solution knowledge to act as a consultant and trusted advisor for customers' present and future needs. Demonstrated experience and success within a team selling environment is a must. Our ideal candidate must be a self-starter with an ability to build executive level relationships, align solutions and business strategies, and create the demand to close orders.
Key Responsibilities Driving the promotion and adoption of Digital Building Enterprise Software including Planon solutions to our key segments and Enterprise end-user customers
Hunting end-user engagements within new and existing Schneider Electric accounts
Developing a sound financial business plan when presenting and closing opportunities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and lead generation activities
Developing a strategic plan to grow the business by identifying target customers / segments with the highest growth potential
Directly manage the commercial team and resources associated
Effectively lead the sales, commercial, presales and solutions activities within the team focused on clear targets and defined outcomes
Developing the 30/60/90-day action plan along with a long-range market strategy for offer growth and competitive positioning
Manage effective commercial engagement for the crafting of specific offerings appropriate to customer needs
You must be Experienced in consultative selling and competent in software digital sales and SaaS model
Externally client focused and possess strong listening capabilities
Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
