We're seeking a passionate Early Childhood Teacher to lead our 2-3 years room at our Ryde service and support a team of dedicated educators.

Your Role:
* Lead and inspire the 2- 3 years room
* Deliver engaging programs aligned with EYLF & NQS
* Create inclusive, stimulating indoor and outdoor environments
* Observe, document and assess children's learning and development
* Mentor and support educators to deliver best practice
* Build strong, respectful relationships with families
* Ensure staff practices align with EYLF principles
About You:
* ACECQA-approved Early Childhood Teaching Degree
* NESA Accreditation (Provisional or Proficient)
* Strong knowledge of EYLF & NQS
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Confident with documentation and technology
* Current WWCC, First Aid, Asthma & Anaphylaxis
* A genuine commitment to child safety and wellbeing
