Horticulturist Team Lead Position Overview
Maintain high-quality outdoor spaces and lead a team in this full-time permanent opportunity.
Main Responsibilities:
* Direct a small team in all aspects of planting and grounds maintenance.
* Monitor, record, and report on team performance metrics.
* Plant gardens and trees, mow, mulch, identify pests and diseases, trim, and weed.
About the Ideal Candidate:
* Candidates should possess excellent communication skills, organisational skills, problem-solving ability, and be friendly and approachable.
* Demonstrate a passion for working outdoors and enhancing the environment.
* Possess a valid manual driver's licence and MR vehicle licence (preferably).
* Hold a Construction Induction Card and Cert III in Parks and Gardens or a qualification in Horticulture/Arboriculture.
* Show experience in Landscape Maintenance.
