Location: Northern Suburbs, Melbourne

Contract Duration: 15 June 2026 – 10 December 2026

Hours: Full-time (38 hours per week, Monday to Friday)

Rate: $60 per hour + superannuation

Overview

An opportunity is available for an experienced Project Manager to deliver a portfolio of building, civil and open space capital works projects. This role is responsible for managing projects from initial planning and design through to construction, commissioning and handover.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of capital works projects
• Coordinate design development, consultants and contractors
• Prepare project scopes, cost estimates and timelines
• Lead procurement, tendering and contract management processes
• Monitor project progress, budgets, risks and reporting requirements
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to required standards

Skills and Experience

• Demonstrated experience delivering construction or infrastructure projects
• Strong contract management and stakeholder engagement capabilities
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience across the full project lifecycle
• Relevant qualifications in engineering, construction, architecture or project management preferred
