Trade Assistant/Storeperson
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Trade Assistant/Storeperson to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for managing the stores area, handling deliveries, and assisting with workshop tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the stores area using SAP software, including receiving, dispatching, and accurate inventory tracking.
* Handle all incoming and outgoing deliveries, ensuring parts are correctly documented and processed efficiently.
* Assist with the housekeeping and organisation of both the workshop and stores to maintain a clean and productive environment.
* Strip pumps and motors, ensuring components are carefully handled and prepared for inspection or reassembly.
* Inspect stripped components to confirm they meet required standards, collaborating with team members on any issues identified.
* Support workshop operations through basic machining tasks, part preparation, and general assistance to trades as needed.
Requirements:
* Australian Permanent Resident or Citizen.
* Current forklift licence (essential).
* Experience in a similar workshop or mechanical role.
* Basic mechanical aptitude and interest in hydraulics.
* Proficient with Microsoft Office and SAP (preferred).
* Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude.
