Overview
Moerk Water is seeking a Marketing and Business Development Executive to join our team and support the provision of sustainable, off-grid water treatment systems across humanitarian, industrial, and municipal projects. The role focuses on driving strategic growth, market expansion, and brand visibility across Africa, Australia, and the Pacific.
Responsibilities
- Lead market research and analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities in sectors such as remote communities, mining, oil & gas, industrial operations, agriculture, and hospitality.
- Develop and implement business development strategies to expand the company’s footprint in new and existing markets.
- Increase sales and revenue through integrated marketing and business development strategies tailored to regional and sector-specific needs.
- Manage client relationships and stakeholder engagement to support long-term partnerships and project success.
- Represent the company at industry exhibitions, trade fairs, and conferences across Australia and the Pacific.
- Oversee the company’s digital marketing presence, including content creation and management of the corporate LinkedIn profile to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Contribute to the improvement of the company’s website and online image, including writing and publishing articles to communicate the company’s mission, solutions, and impact.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement long-term marketing and business development strategies focused on sustainable growth, increased sales, and market positioning.
- Support the refinement of internal sales and marketing processes to improve operational efficiency and scalability.

This role requires a strong understanding of international markets, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering impactful, sustainable solutions in challenging environments.
