We’re seeking a reliable, detail-focused team member to assist with document preparation and scanning. This role is ideal for someone looking for school-hours work in a stable, growing organisation.
About the role
You’ll work with physical documents, preparing them for secure scanning and digitisation as part of a larger, structured team. Your duties will include:
* Preparing paper files for scanning (removing staples, clips and bindings)
* Operating scanning and digitisation equipment
* Quality checking scanned documents for accuracy and completeness
* Sorting and repackaging files with care
* Following strict confidentiality, privacy and data-security procedures
Hours
* School-friendly hours (approximately 9:30am – 2:30pm, Monday to Friday )
* Exact hours negotiable for the right person
About you
You’ll be a great fit if you:
* Are organised, methodical and have strong attention to detail
* Can handle repetitive tasks carefully and accurately
* Are comfortable working on your feet and handling documents
* Are reliable, punctual and enjoy working as part of a team
* Have basic computer skills
* Value confidentiality, trust and professionalism
No previous scanning or digitisation experience is required — full training will be provided .
