We're looking for a Sales Representative who understands what makes a real difference to clinicians and clients alike. This is a relationship-driven role where empathy, clinical insight, and practical problem-solving matter just as much as sales ability.
What You'll Do
* Build trusted relationships with occupational therapists, physiotherapists, hospitals, and aged care facilities.
* Provide product demonstrations and clinical education on assistive technology and mobility equipment.
* Partner with clinicians to tailor the right solutions for clients' individual needs.
* Manage and grow an existing customer base while identifying new opportunities across the region.
Who You Are
You might be:
* An OT, Physio, or Nurse looking to step into a more commercial, community-facing role.
* Someone with experience in healthcare equipment, aged care, or rehab who enjoys helping others and solving problems.
* A natural communicator who's organised, empathetic, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a supportive team.
* You're curious about moving into a role that blends your clinical expertise with relationship-building, problem-solving, and sales.
* You're driven, enjoy achieving goals, and thrive working independently.
* You hold a current driver's licence and can obtain the necessary checks (WWCC, Police Check, NDIS Worker Screening).
