The Department of Employment and Workplace Relations seeks a professional to fill the role of Technical Writer.
This position requires producing high-quality documentation, including technical, system, testing, reporting, and security documents. Quality reviewing of existing documentation is also essential.
The ideal candidate will work collaboratively within an agile delivery team, participating in the entire software development life cycle, debugging applications, and configuring existing systems.
The successful applicant must have practical experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio. They will be responsible for interpreting technical solutions into technical and business documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Produce and review technical, system, testing, reporting, and training documentation.
* Contribute to system architecture design and analysis activities.
* Development and review of project artefacts, including project plans and documentation.
* Quality assurance of software test plans and reports.
