We are seeking an ambitious
Business Development Manager (BDM)
to accelerate growth in the Australian market. The BDM will play a pivotal role in acquiring new customers, developing trusted relationships, and expanding our presence across mid-market and enterprise clients.
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, shaping tailored solutions with our technical teams, and closing high-value deals. This role requires a hunter mentality, strong relationship-building skills, and a proven track record in selling IT services and cybersecurity solutions.
Responsibilities
Identify, target, and engage prospective clients across enterprise, mid-market, and government sectors.
Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to expand the client base.
Build strong relationships with decision-makers (CIOs, CISOs, IT Directors, Procurement).
Understand client challenges and position tailored IT and cybersecurity solutions effectively.
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through to negotiation and closing.
Collaborate with technical teams to scope and deliver successful solutions.
Maintain a strong sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasting.
Represent the business at industry events, conferences, and networking forums.
Consistently achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
