This is a 6-month fixed-term contract with the possibility of extension, supporting hybrid working arrangements.
Reporting to the General Manager Central Procurement & Fleet, the ICT Sourcing Manager will lead development and implementation of effective sourcing strategies for Information and Communications Technology (ICT) products and services.
The role requires a resilient individual who can work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to support the organisation's technology goals through strategic procurement practices, including end-to-end ICT sourcing, supplier relationship management, market analysis, and compliance with procurement policies and regulatory standards.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute ICT sourcing and procurement strategies aligned with organisational objectives
Manage the end-to-end sourcing lifecycle for ICT hardware, software, services, and related contracts
Conduct market analysis and supplier assessments to identify potential suppliers and evaluate vendor capabilities
Lead supplier negotiations to secure optimal terms, pricing, KPIs and service levels
Collaborate with ICT, finance, legal, and other internal stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure compliance
Ensure compliance with organisational policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical sourcing standards
Manage supplier risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies
Prepare reports and presentations on sourcing activities and savings
Manage supplier relationships and lifecycle of contracts that fall outside the Digital and Technology team's scope
Qualifications
Proven experience (3+ years) in ICT sourcing/procurement or related roles using the QITC contracting framework
Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or related field – Highly regarded
Strong negotiation, contract management, and vendor management skills
Strong influence and relationship building skills
Desirable: Experience in a not-for-profit sector.
