Key Responsibilities:

* Manage Accounts Receivable Process: Oversee the end-to-end accounts receivable function, including credit control and debt collection, ensuring timely and accurate management of incoming payments.
* Follow Up on Outstanding Invoices: Proactively contact clients regarding overdue invoices to secure timely payments and maintain cash flow.
* Process Financial Transactions: Accurately process invoices, payments, and reconciliations to keep financial records up to date.
* Resolve Customer Queries: Investigate and resolve billing disputes or queries promptly and professionally to maintain client satisfaction.
* Build Client Relationships: Foster and maintain strong, positive relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to support ongoing business success.
* Manage Accounts Payable: Oversee accounts payable functions, including processing supplier invoices, reconciling statements, and ensuring timely payments.
* Assistance to Payroll: Support payroll processing tasks to ensure accurate and timely employee payments.
* Maintain Financial Records: Ensure all financial data is accurately recorded and compliant with company policies and procedures.
* Support Reporting and Data Entry: Assist the Accounts Manager with financial reporting, data entry, and other administrative tasks as needed.


Requirements:

* Proven experience in accounts receivable, credit control, and debt collection.
* Ability to balance accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll tasks in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
* Positive attitude with a team-first mindset.
* Experience with Xero accounting software (desirable).
* Organised, proactive, and solution focused.
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
* A collaborative mindset that contributes to the team's success.
* Resilient and adaptable to changing priorities.
