About the role
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Labourer / Blind Installer, to join our team at Southern Blinds & Awnings in Mittagong, NSW. This part-time role will involve assisting with the installation and maintenance of a range of Blinds, Awnings, Shutters, Curtains & Security Doors
What you'll be doing
* Safely and efficiently installing a variety of the above products at customers homes
* Assisting other installers with large, awkward or heavy installations
* Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a high standard of workmanship
* Completing paperwork at the end of each shift
* Contributing to the continuous improvement of installation processes and procedures
What we're looking for
* Previous experience in a similar labourer or installation role, preferably within the blinds and awnings industry is desirable but NOT essential
* Proficiency in operating power tools is a must
* Strong practical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work both independently, and as part of a team
* Providing all of Southern Blinds & Awnings clients with an exceptional experience
* Commitment to delivering high-quality work
* A valid driver's licence and the ability to work safely at heights
* Punctual, reliable, and a personable
