Our staff provide a comprehensive range of integrated services, including GPs, nurses, psychologists, social workers, counsellors, peer workers, Aboriginal wellbeing workers, pharmacists and more, all united by a shared commitment to hope and healing.
And now, we're looking for a passionate and inspiring Team Leader to guide our Treatment and Support Services and Alongside Teams to support individuals and families to reduce harm, strengthen resilience and improve health and wellbeing.
About the Role
As the TSS & Alongside Team Leader, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth, effective and compassionate delivery of our day-to-day centre-based and outreach services. You'll provide clinical, operational and administrative leadership, supporting a dedicated multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, person-centred care.

Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor and inspire a passionate team delivering holistic AOD and psychosocial support services
Oversee day-to-day operations, logistics, and performance monitoring across programs
Ensure quality, safety and risk management practices are embedded in all areas of service delivery
Foster strong partnerships with clients, families, and key stakeholders across the community
Drive continuous improvement, innovation, and excellence in client outcomes
Work directly with a small caseload, modelling best practice and person-centred care
About You
You're a leader who leads with heart and integrity, someone who believes in the power of collaboration and compassion to drive positive change. You'll bring:
Significant experience in the Alcohol and Other Drug and/or Mental Health sectors
Strong leadership and program management skills, including staff development and quality assurance
A deep understanding of harm minimisation, case management, and evidence-based practice
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Relevant tertiary qualifications (or working towards) in Social Work, Counselling, Psychology, or a related field
Other Requirements
Current First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
Current Driver's Licence
Working with Vulnerable People Registration
Satisfactory National Police Check
Australian Citizenship or working rights in Australia
