Your new role
This is a rare opportunity to shape the future of fundraising and engagement in Tasmania. You will build and lead a passionate team to drive revenue generation, stakeholder engagement, and community impact programs. Working closely with a high performing leadership team across Tasmania and Western Australia, you'll contribute to a shared vision that is ambitious, data-driven, and human-centred.
Key responsibilities include:
* Leading and growing all fundraising and community engagement activities across Tasmania
* Building and nurturing partnerships with corporate sponsors, major donors, and the community
* Delivering compelling campaigns and unforgettable supporter experiences
* Inspiring your team and volunteers to achieve ambitious goals
* Collaborating across marketing, fundraising, and service delivery to drive innovation and excellence

What you'll need to succeed
You are a strategic and hands-on leader with a strong background in fundraising or business development. You thrive in relationship-building, storytelling, and delivering results. You're equally comfortable pitching to corporate partners, hosting community events, and refining campaign strategies.
You will bring:
* Proven experience in fundraising, not-for-profit, or business development leadership
* Strong stakeholder management and partnership development skills
* A data-driven mindset with a creative approach to engagement
* The ability to balance strategic oversight with practical delivery
* A genuine commitment to collaboration, community, and purpose
