About the role
As a Technician, you’ll take ownership of end-to-end servicing and repairs, playing a key role in delivering high-quality workmanship and reliable outcomes for our customers.
Key responsibilities
* Perform repairs, maintenance, diagnostics, and part replacements per Audi guidelines.
* Ensure quality work in reassembling, testing, and cleaning repairs.
* Inspect vehicles for roadworthiness and create work lists for certification.
* Supervise apprentices and maintain a tidy, organised workshop.
* Ensure warranty parts are properly tagged and stored.
* Identify problems and evaluate solutions based on available information.
* Communicate with drivers to gather information and perform test drives if needed.
* Accurately complete vehicle details and requisition orders.
* Use electronic test equipment to diagnose malfunctions in vehicle systems.
* Oversee minor body or trim repairs and follow all OEM and JMG guidelines.
About you
You’ll bring:
* Graduated from a certificate or diploma level in Light Vehicle Mechanical technology.
* Proven experience in fault finding using diagnostic knowledge and initiative.
* Ability to use the diagnostic equipment.
* Good hand-eye coordination.
* A positive attitude and enthusiasm for motorcycles.
* Strong people skills and solid computer literacy.
* A valid Driver Llicense.
* A team player who thrives in a fast-paced workshop.
* A commitment to excellent customer service and attention to detail.
