Wolfe Strength in Somerville is looking for an enthusiastic and organized individual to join our team. We're searching for someone who is passionate about fitness and dedicated to helping people on their health and wellness journey.
This is more than just a sales role—you'll be the first point of contact for our members, creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere. You will be instrumental in growing our community and ensuring our gym runs smoothly.
The Role:
You'll be responsible for:
* Sales: Converting new member inquiries into sign-ups and helping them choose the right membership plan. This includes contacting leads from our Facebook ad list and processing payments over the phone.
* Customer Service: Providing exceptional service to our existing members, answering their questions, and resolving any issues.
* Administration: Managing membership accounts, handling billing inquiries, and ensuring all administrative tasks are completed accurately.
