We're looking for a passionate
Occupational Therapist Team Leader
to join our team in Queensland
*What you'll do*
* Leadership:
Provide clinical guidance and support to a small team through supervision, mentoring, report reviews, and professional development within the NDIS sector.
* Support
quality service standards and evidence-based practice.
* Drive
service innovation and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
* Diverse Caseload:
Manage a smaller, varied caseload while delivering high‑quality clinical support in the community.
* Remote Role:
Work from home and in the community anywhere around Queensland.

What you'll bring
* AHPRA Registered:
You must have registration as an Occupational Therapist.
* Experienced:
At least five years of postgraduate clinical work.
* Passionate:
A genuine passion for working with people with disabilities. NDIS and/or disability sector experience is preferred but not essential.
* Community Services:
Ideally, experience working in community services settings and willingness to provide services within the community, including in-home.
* Mentorship:
A love for growing and developing young clinicians and leaders, inspiring them to be great.
* Organised:
Excellent time management and organisational skills.
* Energetic & Fun:
