Civil Engineer Role Overview

Job Responsibilities
* Conduct site inspections to evaluate the quality of engineering works and identify areas for improvement.
* Analyze data and specify methods and processes to design and improve manufacturing or material processes.
* Identify opportunities for innovation and implement change-management programs to address existing process shortcomings.
* Coordinate activities of subcontractors and suppliers while working within a contract-management plan.
* Develop and implement product development and engineering activities; analyze customer needs and define and deliver products.
* Manage project schedules and ensure that specific goals are achieved.
* Support the drafting of engineering standards and specifications and evaluate their effectiveness.
* Offer support and advice to help others utilize knowledge management systems.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Level in Civil Engineering or a related field.
* Sound experience and understanding of straightforward procedures or systems (7 to 12 months).
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
