Key responsibilities include managing inbound and outbound calls, processing quotes, orders, invoices, credits, and payments, as well as maintaining open quotes and liaising with distribution and supply chain teams.
As a valued member of our team, you will collaborate closely with the Sales Director to ensure seamless sales and procurement processes. Your strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment will be essential in meeting and exceeding daily and monthly targets and KPIs.
