Site Manager - Commercial Fitout (6-Month Contract)
$70/hr + Super | 45 hrs/week | Start TBC (early Feb) | High-End $10M Project
A reputable commercial builder is seeking an enthusiastic Site Manager to join their team on a premium hotel fitout project valued at $10M all-in. This is a full internal fitout, delivering a high-end finish from start to completion.
Working alongside an experienced Senior Site Manager, this role offers the chance to take ownership of day-to-day site operations and contribute to the delivery of a landmark-quality fitout project.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee on-site construction activities, ensuring safety, quality, and programme targets are met
* Coordinate trades, materials, and site logistics
* Maintain a clean, organised, and compliant site
* Work some Saturdays as required to meet key milestones
About You:
* Proven experience in commercial or fitout Site Management
* Strong communication and coordination skills
* Experience with procurement highly regarded
* Enthusiastic, proactive, and capable of leading trades and driving outcomes
