Your role will be to implement the marketing plan within the Marketing department. Working across all of our established and upcoming centres: 
- Own our social media channels; responsible for engaging and growing our audience. Including leading the production of video and photographic content with the assistance of our centre teams 
- Plan and execute our local area marketing efforts 
- Drive retention activities 
- Graphic design of marketing elements 
- Event planning and execution - Open day community events, parent information nights, graduation nights, guest speakers, centre birthday parties, shopping centre school holiday activities and expos 
- Maintenance and management of website, including creation of landing pages, automation flows, updating imagery and key information. 
- Being involved in implementing and creating new marketing initiatives and ideas to ensure that each of our childcare centres is reaching maximum potential in occupancy 
- Liaise with stake holders and suppliers when required. 
- Seek PR opportunities for centres i.e. exceeding the NQS. Manage third-party reviews. 
- Manage and ensure consistent branding of our childcare centres and offer support and guidance to our directors with marketing tools and resources 
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator) 
- Experience with Wix and Word Press an advantage

**Requirements**: 
- Bright, friendly and energetic and thrive in a rapid-paced environment 
- You must have some experience as Marketing Coordinator, Marketing Manager, Digital Agency or Creative Agency experience is also desireable. 
- Highly developed time management skills 
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
