Assessor - National Panel of Assessors

Your key responsibilities:
* Conduct Supported Wage System (SWS) assessments to deliver accurate, productivity-based wage evaluations.
* Deliver Ongoing Support Assessments (OSA) to support participants in maintaining long-term employment.
* Undertake Workplace Modifications Scheme (WMS) assessments and recommend practical adjustments and assistive technologies.
* Prepare clear, timely, and detailed assessment reports.
* Collaborate with employers, service providers and allied health professionals to ensure effective outcomes.
* Uphold the National Standards for Disability Services and all legislative requirements.
About you:
You are a qualified allied health professional with the expertise and passion to deliver fair, transparent, and evidence-based assessments. You are detail-focused, highly organised, and committed to improving workplace inclusion.
You'll bring:
* A Diploma or higher qualification in one of the following (or related) fields:
* Rehabilitation Counselling, Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Nursing, Psychology/Psychiatry, Orthoptics/Optometry, Audiology, Exercise Physiology, or Vocational Training.
* Minimum 2 years' experience in disability employment, workplace productivity assessments, or related sectors.
* Strong IT, written, and verbal communication skills.
* Excellent time management and attention to detail.
* Current driver's licence, with willingness to travel
* National Police Check, NDIS Worker Screening, and Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain).
* Professional Indemnity Insurance.
Candidates with additional experience in Employment Services, Training, Rehabilitation or Vocational programs will be highly regarded.
