* Management and coordination of building maintenance requirements
* Coordination of office events including, presentations, safety huddles and social events
* Assist project engineers with formatting of documents and preparation of submissions to clients
* Travel coordination
* Supporting safety and quality initiatives
* Servicing document archiving request
