Employment Specialist Role
This critical position is based at a correctional centre where you will work closely with colleagues to develop awareness of employment services within the prison community through strategic communication efforts.
You will assist with advertising, promoting and managing recruitment efforts including booking meetings with agencies and taking minutes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assisting in developing strategies for communicating employment services within the prison community
* Maintaining accurate records of recruitment efforts and meeting minutes
* Liaising with agencies to book meetings as required
* Providing support for promotional activities related to employment pathways initiatives
