The role
* As Early Childhood Educational Leader, you provide hands‑on pedagogical leadership at Jabiru Child Care Centre, mentoring educators and shaping high‑quality programs for children.
* You champion curriculum and compliance with the National Quality Standard and Early Years Learning Framework, role‑modelling best practice in a close‑knit team
About you
* Diploma of Early Childhood Education or equivalent or higher
* First Aid Certificate and Anaphylaxis and Asthma Emergency training
* Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role
You will receive
* Total remuneration package of $97,438 – $113,389 per year, including base salary of $85,458 – $99,448 plus superannuation.
* Six weeks annual leave with 17.5% leave loading, remote locality allowance, relocation assistance, basic furnished accommodation with subsidised rent, free uniforms, study assistance and Employee Assistance Program.
* Around 50,000 km² of the spectacular Australian outback to explore in your downtime – from waterfalls and rock art to billabongs, walks and cultural tours.
