We are seeking an experienced Medical Receptionist to join our supportive team at Margaret River and Busselton. As the welcoming face of Apex Radiology you will support patients with high-quality service and efficiency while managing front-desk responsibilities in a professional manner. About The Role The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be empathetic and able to multitask effectively handling patient booking systems as well as registration processes accurately. They should also possess accurate knowledge of medical terminology for clear understanding during consultation • Welcome patients professionally whilst supporting them through the appointment process • Manage paperwork efficiently resulting in timely and accurate dispatching reports ,
