Project Supervisor Role
This is an exciting opportunity to lead and oversee field crews engaged in complex remediation tasks within the NBN project. As a Project Supervisor, you will be responsible for planning, supervising, prioritizing, and managing the completion of all routine and non-routine high-risk maintenance and/or construction work.
* Crew Leadership: Plan and supervise field crews to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery of electrical and telecommunications infrastructure work.
* Compliance and Quality Management: Ensure all work meets quality, environmental, safety, security, and regulatory standards.
* Project and Resource Management: Control the day-to-day use of resources and supervise small projects through to completion.
Key Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:
* A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
* Demonstrated experience working on NBN projects.
* Strong leadership and crew management abilities.
* Excellent planning, prioritization, and time management skills.
* Proficiency in ensuring compliance with quality, environmental, safety, security, and regulatory standards.
