ResponsibilitiesPrepare purchase requests for quotation from approved suppliers on the vendor list.
Define and manage the list of suppliers within the vendor management system.
Source vendors/suppliers for materials and subcontract needs.
Analyze, assess, and negotiate offers received from suppliers, ensuring commercial verification.
Analyze proposals from vendors for technical compliance and cost-effectiveness.
Prepare a summary of final recommendations for the requesting business unit.
Review terms and conditions of contracts in coordination with the legal and contract management team.
Manage relationships with suppliers in accordance with internal governance and compliance requirements.
Negotiate with vendors to achieve the most cost-effective and optimal final offers.
Participate in vendor qualification processes.
Support the procurement manager in complex negotiations.
Assist the procurement manager in preparing procurement plans.
Perform other duties as assigned.
RequirementsBachelor's Degree
6 years of supply chain experience
