We support our clients to operate and grow their business through innovative payment solutions that help them better engage with their customers and suppliers. We specialise in card present and eCommerce merchant-related payment solutions. Through our inbound referrals program Alliance Partners, our mission is to drive the growth and development of the merchant product portfolio by solving our merchants' diverse digital payment needs. Collaboration is at the heart of what we do — we work across internal teams to deliver an optimum customer experience and support a wide range of diversified businesses across our segments – Small Business Banking, Commercial Banking, Regional & Agri Business, Major Client Group & Institutional Banking & Markets.
Responsibilities
* Day-to-day pipeline management, operational excellence and execution
* Engaging prospective merchants across our segments, leveraging inbound leads and referrals from our Alliance Partners
* Understand client needs and recommend tailored payment solutions
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless onboarding and support
* Contribute to the expansion of our merchant portfolio through strategic outreach and relationship building
* Partner with other teams in Business Bank to organise and attend Alliance Partner trade shows and networking events to engage with their members
* Build strong and active cross functional relationships across business banks broader sales and support teams
* Internal administration tasks, and operational risk processes related to the Alliance Partner program
What We're Looking For
* A passion for sales and customer interaction
* An interest in payment technology, potentially with foundational experience and a hunger to continually learn and grow
* Strong verbal and written communication, and problem-solving skills
