Requirements:
Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
5+ years' experience in retail marketing management
Proven success with promotions, loyalty programs, and campaign execution
Strong digital marketing and social media skills
Budget management and ROI reporting experience
Experience leading and directing a successful team
