What you'll be doing
To facilitate the provision of pathology services to research groups both clinical trials and investigator led. Responsible for administrative and technical logistics which will ultimately best serve clients.
* Demonstrated experience in pathology processes and terminology and / or equivalent Diploma qualification in Laboratory Technology
* Well-developed interpersonal skills and proven effective oral and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external collaborators
* Demonstrated ability to plan, prioritise and perform a wide range of administrative tasks and workflow within allocated resources
* Demonstrated ability to determine priorities for others, allocate tasks, coach and mentor work performance of staff to achieve work objectives
* Demonstrated commitment to providing a quality service and quality improvement initiatives in workplace practices and procedures
* Demonstrated capability to use a wide range of computer hardware, Microsoft software applications and electronic systems to complete work activities
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills including strong written and verbal English and be capable of professionally liaising and working with stakeholders across all levels of the organisation using different modes of communication in a technical and business context
