Lockyer Car Wash has two facilities in the Lockyer Valley, one at Gatton and one at Plainlands. With over 25+ years in the car wash industry, Lockyer Car Wash has a dedicated team providing cleaning facilities in the region.
About the role:
There are 2 x roles available on a part-time basis. Your main priority is to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include:
* Greeting customers and preparing vehicles before entry into the laser wash.
* Drying customer vehicles after the laser wash.
* Assisting customers with menu options and upgrades.
* Collecting payments and processing transactions accurately.
* Maintaining a clean and organised site.
* Answering customer enquiries about the self-wash bays and vacuums.
Qualifications: to succeed in this role, you should:
* Have plenty of stamina and energy.
* Be friendly, approachable and customer orientated.
* Be able to work solely and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
* Have basic math and cash-handling skills.
* Have your Driver's License and own transportation/vehicle.
