The Role
We are seeking a Residential Sales Director / Team Leader to lead and inspire our sales division. This is a rare opportunity to step into a leadership role within a progressive company and take charge of strategy, performance, and team growth.
Key Responsibilities
 * Lead, coach, and mentor a residential sales team
 * Develop and execute sales strategies for residential and land projects
 * Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships
 * Drive new business opportunities and revenue growth
 * Report on sales performance and market trends to senior management
About You
 * Minimum 2-3 years' experience in residential sales, land, or developments
 * Proven leadership or team management experience
 * Current Real Estate Licence (or Agent's Representative Certificate in VIC)
 * Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
 * Results-driven, ambitious, and aligned with a growth mindset
