As a Program Support Advisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring our academic programs are delivered with integrity, accuracy and care — supporting students and staff across the full student lifecycle.

Who you are

You are a confident, detail-oriented professional who enjoys navigating complexity and delivering high-quality outcomes. You’re motivated by helping students succeed and take pride in providing clear, accurate and timely advice. You build strong working relationships, communicate with confidence, and remain calm and solutions-focused when priorities shift.

You enjoy working collaboratively with academic and professional colleagues and are comfortable using data, systems and policy knowledge to inform decisions and improve processes.

What you'll do

Working within the Academic Registrar’s team, you’ll provide authoritative advice on complex program matters and guide student cohorts through curriculum change through close collaboration with academic leaders, and contribute to improvements that strengthen compliance, efficiency and the student experience. If you thrive in a dynamic, purpose-driven environment and enjoy solving complex problems that make a real difference, this role offers both challenge and impact. In this role you will:

* Provide expert advice and resolve complex program matters, including credit, completions and curriculum transitions, ensuring timely outcomes that are accurate and inalignment with academic policy and regulatory requirements.
* Drive high-quality curriculum implementation and a smooth change management experience for student cohorts by partnering closely with Program Directors and academic leaders to manage program changes, transitions, and teach-outs.
* Shape institutional performance through data-informed insights, contributing to process efficiency and improvement, compliance, and student progression outcomes.

What will help you succeed It is essential you hold knowledge or training equivalent to a degree with subsequent relevant experience; or extensive experience and/or specialist expertise or broad knowledge in an administrative or relevant field; or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.

You will thrive in this role if you have:

* Demonstrated success delivering high-quality, student-focused administrative services in a complex or regulated environment, including higher education.
* Strong judgement and autonomy, with the ability to manage competing priorities, resolve complex issues, and build effective working relationships across academic and professional teams.
* Advanced knowledge of curriculum, program transitions and regulatory compliance, supported by experience using student systems and data to drive continuous improvement and positive student outcomes.
