We have a 18-month fixed term Change Delivery Lead role which will be responsible for the day-to-day leadership of the change delivery requirements arising from the BEN+ streams. This includes people leadership of Change Delivery Managers and working closely, and guiding, Communications Managers and Learning Managers.
You will be responsible for Stakeholder Engagement and will require you to engage with leaders across the Enterprise, understand their business, identify the barriers to delivery and develop a detailed approach to address the needs of our people and customers.
This role will be based in Bendigo, Adelaide, Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane and as part of our hybrid model you'll be based in the office two days per week and have the flexibility to work from home for the other days.

**About you**
To be successful in the role, you'll have:
- Proven experience in change management as a leader / team manager 
- Demonstrated experience working with Executive and Senior Management 
- Experience facilitating workshops with large groups of stakeholders to meet an outcome 
- A thorough understanding of Bank policies and procedures pertinent to the role 
- Experience using agile tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence) 
- Advanced PC skills (Visio, Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project)
