**About the role**:

We're looking for a proactive and personable **Building and Facilities Manager** to join the **Facilities Management Team** within **Greater Newcastle Integrated Care Services**, which supports the day-to-day operations of community health facilities across **Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, and Port Stephens**. This is a great role for an early-career professional ready to build their expertise from the ground up!
This position is based at the **Raymond Terrace Health Centre**, a thriving health hub home to over 30 public and private services. You will also oversee the nearby **Karuah HealthOne** facility. Reporting to the **Facilities Manager**, you will lead a small onsite team, including two administration staff and one part-time maintenance staff member.

**What your day-to-day will look like**:
- Managing the daily operations of both Raymond Terrace Health Centre and Karuah HealthOne 
- Leading facility meetings and supporting your team with a range of operational tasks 
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders including GPs, healthcare professionals, contractors, and tenants 
- Arranging and supervising onsite contractors 
- Reviewing service level agreements and completing facility audits 
- Responding to emerging issues and adapting to the unexpected - every day is different!
