Store Manager, Retail Team Leader, Style Guru...... call it what you want but this role is all about the basics of retail, mixed with a very rewarding role of helping fit out and style your valued customers. **What we need from you...**
- Strong experience in retail, ideally in women's fashion, homeware or related field
- Management experience of a small team or at least supervisory
- Good basic understanding or retail operations, budgets, KPIs, Rosters etc
- Most of all a real desire to work in the industry and make a difference in people's lives
**Key Role Information...**
- Get paid for every hour you work + Penalities = THIS IS OVER a base of $58K - depending on your experience and the roster you choose!!
- Product discounts available across all brands
- Bonus and incentive structure
- 6 team members - PPT and casuals
- Great support with a Regional Manager
- Flexible roster: Can be Tuesday to Saturday or Sunday to Thursday. Late night Friday trading.
