Technical Lead → Future Salesforce Architect
Location: Sydney, NSW | Salary: $195k incl. super
I've partnered with a highly respected organisation at the forefront of technology and innovation, currently seeking a Technical Lead ready to grow into a full-time Salesforce Platform Architect role. My client is also happy to consider experienced architects who want to make an impact. This is an exceptional opportunity to accelerate your career, gain mentorship, and take ownership of enterprise-scale Salesforce architecture.
About the Role
As a Salesforce Platform Architect, you will:
* Define and drive end-to-end Salesforce architecture, ensuring scalability, security, and alignment with enterprise strategy.
* Lead solution design, integrations, CI/CD, and DevOps practices, providing guidance to software engineers and project teams.
* Optimise Salesforce data and integration architecture, enforce security standards, and maintain platform health through audits and reviews.
* Develop and maintain the Salesforce technical roadmap, evaluate new capabilities (AI, Data Cloud, MuleSoft, AppExchange), and drive continuous improvement across teams.
* Collaborate closely with platform teams, stakeholders, and management to deliver robust, scalable, and secure Salesforce solutions.
About You
You will bring:
* 10+ years technology experience, with 6–8 years in Salesforce (CRM, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud) and 3–5 years in an architect leadership role.
* Proven experience in solution design, integrations, and delivering Salesforce platforms at scale.
* Strong problem-solving, people leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
* A hunger to learn, drive results, and grow from Tech Lead into a full-time architect, or the capability to step directly into the architect role if you have prior experience.
Why Apply
While the base salary is $195k incl. super, this role offers significant additional value:
* Dedicated mentorship and career progression pathways for Tech Leads to grow into full-time architect roles.
* Excellent work–life balance, flexible working arrangements, and additional leave entitlements.
* Opportunity to lead innovative projects and shape Salesforce strategy across the organisation.
If you're ready to take the next step in your Salesforce career, or know someone who would be a perfect fit, we'd love to hear from you.
