Stratum Civil is currently seeking an experienced Civil Project Engineer to join our civil contracting team. Candidates must have previous residential development construction experience and have the ability to manage multiple subcontractors whilst upholding quality and safety onsite. Projects include bulk earthworks, stormwater, water, sewer infrastructure and roadworks for residential, industrial and commercial projects.
Positions to be filled based in Toowoomba .

* Delivering projects on time and within budget
* Effective programming of daily site activities
* Communication with clients, consultants and subcontractors.
* Management of employees, plant, and equipment.
* Leadership and management skills with the ability to mentor others.
* Ability to work to deadlines and manage priorities.
Essential Skills and Attributes
* Experience in all ranges of civil projects.
* Experience in project delivery and residential developments.
