Telecoms Engineering Expert
This role is a great opportunity for an enthusiastic and self-motivated professional to design, implement, and commission communications projects.
* Design and implement telecommunications projects incorporating radio sites, IP nodes, solutions for voice and data communications, fibre optic and copper-based transmission systems, power supply systems, and related ancillary systems.
* Develop high-level and detailed technical documentation for various projects.
* Participate in factory and site testing and commissioning activities.
* Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
* Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve network issues.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Cisco routing and switching technologies, as well as experience in engineering report writing. Additionally, the candidate should be familiar with IP/MPLS, BGP4, and OSPF technologies. Extensive experience in the rail sector is also required.
