Timbyr is proud to partner with a premier Commercial Builder specializing in a range of fitouts. We are currently seeking a dedicated Site Supervisor for a dynamic three-week project located on the Sunshine Coast. The project specifics to be discussed upon phone call.
This company specialises in fitout process across sectors such as Retail, Fitness, Hospitality, Medical, Wellness & Beauty, Office, and Display Suites.
As a Site Supervisor, you will be instrumental in driving the success of fitout projects, ensuring they meet our client’s high standards for quality and efficiency. You will manage site activities, coordinate with various teams, and maintain clear communication to ensure the design, approval, and construction processes run smoothly.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Oversee daily operations on site, ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
- Manage and supervise construction teams, providing clear direction and support.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
- Facilitate open and honest communication between teams and clients, fostering professional relationships.
- Problem-solving on site, ensuring any issues are resolved quickly to avoid delays.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor, particularly in commercial fitouts.
- Solid leadership skills and the ability to manage diverse teams.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
Supplemental pay types:
